What does Jesus’ resurrection change for me?

The Lord is truly risen to show us the way: there is no resurrection without dying. Like the grain of wheat, He died in order to share His life with us. Through the new birth, we receive a second life; we must let the natural life inherited from our fathers die and choose, by an act of the will, to make this new life our life, under the leading of the Holy Spirit. This truth is to be believed and lived starting now.

This message is for you if…

  • you want to understand what Jesus’ resurrection changes for you
  • your natural life causes you so many worries and problems
  • you want to make Christ’s life your life

Summary

Christ is risen. What does His risen life mean for the way you live today? Reflecting on Luke 24:34, Pastor Xutene Wanakaija connects the resurrection of Jesus with the new life received by the believer.

The message emphasizes our identification with Christ in His death and resurrection. It calls us to surrender the old natural life to the Cross and choose to live from the life of Christ within us. Galatians 2:20 is central: this life must become a lived reality, not remain a teaching we only know about. The Holy Spirit leads us in that daily walk.
